A strange obelisk has appeared, floating impossibly in the sky and making its way toward a small coastal village. Its origin, purpose, and the magic that sustains it remains a mystery.
An aging lighthouse keeper discovers the monolith's influence is undeniable when its arrival brings the haunting spirit of his late wife, replaying their shared tragedy. Each day, as the obelisk draws nearer, his illness worsens, and the ghost's presence grows stronger.
Meanwhile, the lighthouse keeper's only surviving family, his young nephew, struggles with starting his own life while preserving his family's heritage and caring for his ailing uncle.
As the obelisk passes ominously close to their village, the two men must find new purpose beyond a dying family legacy. The haunting spirit of the lighthouse keeper's wife reveals her terrible truth, and the nephew does what he can to save his uncle from a dreadful fate.
