Rowan-the infamous flirt and heartbreaker of her college-keeps appearing where he shouldn't. His presence in her dreams defies logic, yet he acts as if nothing is out of the ordinary. He doesn't see the shadows. He doesn't see him.

The two of them work together to defeat a being from another plane, who wants to use the dreamers to help him take the Earth from the humans... and it's not until then they learn there are others in the dream world. Chance is special, thanks to him being born with a very specific ability he can only use in the dream world, one passed to him by his deceased father. With these new people in his life he's able to defeat the being, help the girl he cared about, and begin to accept what it means to be a night guardian.Terminé

Her two best friends, who began dating not too long ago, seem to be acting strange towards her. As days pass, she tries to figure out who this man is and she finds that he may be a lot closer to her than she originally expected. Note: This is a story I created and submitted a while back for a writing contest that had a maximum word count of 16,000 words and I wanted to make the most with having such a wide range, so this is likely to be one of the longest stories I will put on here.
