Arthur is a typical young teenager who is addicted to Chemistry. Through a series of fantastical events he finds himself in the company of a crazy dog, two Filipino survivors of life , a tetchy old wizard and a disparate group of Leprechauns in Centrimo- a realm deep within the outer core of the earth.
This motley group set out on a journey to the ancient city of Philoston. Here they hope to find forgotten knowledge to help them destroy the Baaw who is intent on enslaving Centrimo and invading the surface dwellers above. They find themselves beset on all sides by the minions of the evil entity and must dig deep within their hearts and minds if they are to succeed in the enormous task in front of them.
The story is a combination of science, magic and drama with humorous interludes. A feature of it is the development of scientific principles to extremes, which seem plausible at first sight, but which in reality are impossible and often absurd.
The story is aimed at the young teenage to adult market, and the characters are a blend of real life and fantasy. It is the development of these unusual characters, and the combination of science and magic, which makes the book different from others of its genre.
It is planned as Book 1 of a trilogy. Book 1 is completed.

Where I'm from..I'll explain this in a way that may make sense to you. You've heard of Ware wolves and vampires right? Well..where I'm from, there real. They each have a 6 lords that rule there 6 countries, then there's the Humans, they have presidents, as you would call them, and they have 12, countries, because they have to have a big population. And then there's me..Ever heard of an Alchemist? Well, that's what are king is. A Alchemist is someone who can manipulate the elements, enchant things, and they have other kinds of powers. Like Strength, stealth, Speed, Agility, We are very smart as well. And we'll..we also have a tattoo. On the king I know it's not on his face, but I think it was said it was on his back, in the middle and it was huge. Mine..it's small, and on my cheek. I usually wear this make up stuff I made to hide it, then I have a special remover. Anyway..i don't know if the king and I are..related..my mom died when I was 8 Ina car accident. I was in the car. I actually shouldn't have survived. But...I don't know..I've always had something weird with me.. I'm 17. And I'm now starting at the academy. The academy is where 17-24 year old human, Warewolf And Vampire go to study, for what they want to do. All I know is this is gonna be a wild run! Read to see her life! The Dragon gives her two choices to be executed in front of the whole tribe or to stay. She wants to leave but she knows the consequences of escaping but instead of escaping she stays. -------------------------- No one in the small town of Diamond knew what happened, they thought she ran away or worse they thought she died some tragic death, now one of them knows what happened but who?. -------------------------- "We need to find her and fast!". "But, Mayra a dragon took her it couldn't have gotten that far right?". A voice asked her, cowering In the darkness of her stone house. "Of course It will go far its a Dragon!, But at least we know which direction it went, Right?". Mayra asked the voice. "Y-Yes it went Northwest!, But how will we find her?". The voice asked again. "We ask it or them what happened". Mayra said, her gem necklace rested firmly on her neck. "But how do we do that?". The voice questioned while still in the darkness of her house. "Well I found something in my daughters room that might help me". She held up a leather book with small gems like ruby, sapphire and emerald imbedded into it. The title read: Dawns guide to speaking Dragon. Mayra opened the book and a bunch of symbols and markings were written on the pages and on the first page was a translator of Dragon into English.
