Yes it does sound like Rae Hood.
I wanted to use her but the author said no, and I respect her for that. But she was nice enough to let me use other things of Rae Hood.
I choose the name Raven, and just to let you know Raven Hood is NOT Robin's sister they just have the same last name.
Now here is a little bit about the story.

Raven Hood was a thief. Everyone was scared of her, and anyone who crossed her path most likely died. The reason she was like this was so she could survive.
That was until somehow she ended up in Neverland.
She didn't like Peter Pan at first, but somehow they both fell in love and everything changed.
But one day Peter started to push her away because he was scared of getting hurt like he was in his childhood. So Raven went back the enchanted forest.
Instead of becoming evil and cruel, she opened up to people. She became soft.
But she never stopped thinking of her True Love who pushed her away. And neither did he.
