there are special abilities that people wield, called "Mirages". There are 6 types Mirages of in this world: Manipulation, creation, transformation, enhancement, elemental, and support. The three of energy that power these powers are called: "kai", a red and intense energy that powers enhancement and Manipulation abilities. "Juo", a blue and technical energy the powers creation and transformation abilities. And finally, "Fu", a green and soft energy that powers support and elemental abilities. 17 year old, Zakar Calder, does not have a mirage. He was born in a region called "Los werabel". He grew up in the slums, where his parents were abusive and Neglective. But once he was 16, his parents were killed by sentient creatures called Kabuls. Kabuls are intelligent and malevolent creatures who's only food source are humans. Zakar didn't know if he wanted to be happy, or sad. One year later, he now lives in a somewhat better side of Los werabel. But now he has to go to school AND have a part time job to pay rent. So yeah. Life isn't really bad, but it's not very good either. But he doesn't mind. One night, when he's going home from work, he unfortunately has a run in with a Kabul. Damn, is this guy's luck terrible or what?All Rights Reserved
