Mary lives in and old rundown house, surviving on whatever food she can find for her family. She has to rummage through bins and beg for food or money, she never gets a day off. She hates it and constantly wishes for change. Karen lives in a modern house, the best in her street. Her mother is rich and completely spoils her. Her biggest problem is her homework and studying for tests. She hates her life's routine and always wishes something would be different.
