"Bhul chuki ho?" Atharv let out a low chuckle, his fingers tracing the side of her neck, where her pulse betrayed her.
"Koi apni saansein bhool sakta hai, Noor? Nahi na? Toh phir mujhe kaise bhool gayi?"
(Forgotten me? Can someone forget how to breathe, Noor? No, right? Then how did you forget me?)

He's dangerous in all the ways that should make her stay away.
But then why does his touch feel familiar? Why does his presence feel safe and threatening at the same time?
