Y/n and her twin brother Eren Jäger, after that fateful day in Shiganshina when they lost everything they once knew, embark on a path that seems pre-determined from the start. Fate doesn't hesitate to throw everything at them: friends, relationships, new-found purpose, and many trials and tribulations. Yet in the end, it all boils down to one single, pivotal moment. A decision neither of them are ready for.
