Ruby O'Neil never wanted to be part of the chaos that ruled New York City's streets after dark. As April O'Neil's adoptive sister, she's spent years watching from the sidelines, trying to focus on finishing her senior year of high school while her sister dives headfirst into dangerous investigations.
