The world is shifting, and danger is closer than ever. As the shadows of the past resurface, Ria finds herself drawn into a web of secrets more terrifying than she could have ever imagined. What begins as a search for answers, soon turns into something far more dangerous - something that could change everything.

At Hogwarts, ancient forces stir, whispering of powers long forgotten. The castle holds mysteries hidden in plain sight, and Ria is beginning to realize that some truths are meant to stay buried. But with darkness closing in, she may not have a choice.

This year, nothing will be the same. And some losses can never be undone.

The Philosopher's Stone (A Harry Potter Rewrite) by RainStormWriter
22 parts Complete
Life at the orphanage is all Ria has ever known. After her parents left her at the door when she was merely an year old, she strived to enjoy life the best she could. Until a mysterious woman shows up at her doorstep claiming that she is a witch and her entire existence is flipped. With magic comes power and with power comes responsibility. A whole new world of friendship, mysteries and adventures has opened up. But is she strong enough to survive? Because let's face it. No one is ever safe at Hogwarts. **IMPORTANT** This book is very much just an introduction followed by incorporating the new character into the established world and timeline. As the author, I would suggest the following. 1. Read "Philosopher's Stone" (this book) till before the chapter titled "THE JOURNEY FROM PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTERS" 2. Skip the rest. It is merely a telling of what you have already read in canon, just from a different perspective. 3. Move to "The Chamber of Secrets" and start with the chapter titled "TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE." All the chapters before that are, once again, events you would already be familiar with. 4. Finish book 2 and move on to book 3. There on after, you can read normally. This isn't compulsory. It is simply, in my opinion, the best way to enjoy the series. Since I understand that some portions of the first two books are not very different from canon and thus, can seen boring. Thank you for understanding and hope you enjoy! ** Word Count: 74k+
