When a Mobian turns ten, upon their skin a mark appears, blessed to them by the stars to guide them towards their love. Sonic grew up with these stories, and upon receiving his soulmark, embarks on a journey of love.
Shadow was created in a lab, raised since birth as a test subject and experiment to unlock the secrets of immortality and immunity. He received his mark on his tenth birthday without a clue as to what it meant.
After years, Shadow escapes the prison that held him and blends into the real world. Lost and confused, he will have to use the light of the stars to guide him home, where his partner waits with bated breath. Will he be able to make it, or will he fall back into the hands of those who wronged him all those years?
