One day like many before it God, the Creator and Almighty finds himself tired and bored of his routine same lifestyle. In a stroke of genius and taking inspiration from his favorite past time, video games, he decides to abandon his position and take the mantle of an Adventurer in a new world. What stories and tales are to unfold on this new world now that the literal God of All has stepped onto its stage? A retelling of "God's an Adventurer" with some added twists and turns!

Tea Time and Cookies: A (not so) Quiet Beginning
Life ended quietly. Rebirth? Not so much. I'd lived a perfectly normal nerd-life: a family, a career, too many hobbies, and a purse full of "just-in-case" items. Gardening, old crafting techniques, reading, manga, animé-especially the alternate-world kind. If I had one regret, it was not traveling as much as I'd wanted. But all things end eventually. Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card.
