The master requested the hashiras to take a break and recomended a sleepover for them since they have been working hard everyday and master decided it was a nice break from demon slaying, plus the demons have rarely showed up for the past few months which was a sigh relief because it was very tiring of slaying demons all day...
Shinobu decided to host it in the butterfly mansion because it was the only option they had.

An Endless Cycle (Muichiro X Reader)
So basically, you. Muzan's 14-year-old half-demon daughter (I know it's cliche but bear with me) who he doesn't know even exists, somehow ended up under the suspicion of being a demon, which you were, halfway. And it was decided that you would now be living with the famous insect hashira. Shinobu Kocho. In the Butterfly mansion until they found out whether you were a demon or not after the test they had prepared had failed. And though they would never admit it, they were basically holding you hostage and waiting by to kill you off. You refused quite a bit but you apparently had no say in it. Well, you might've not liked the fact that they were currently holding you hostage to figure out whether you were actually a demon or not before killing you after figuring out that you were a demon like Sanemi so wished to do so. There wasn't, much you could do in this situation. The most efficient solution you could think of to get them to leave you alone for the rest of eternity without spilling any blood was to lay low until their suspicion of you being a demon eventually died down and they allowed you to leave yourself. However... It seemed there were quite a number of Demon slayers who greatly disapproved of your stay here, or at least they were very wary of you. the most annoying one being Sanemi Shinazugawa. The reason was obvious enough. You were a demon. Which now made the biggest hassle you had to deal with, staying alive until that point. You have met quite a few demon slayers during your stay at the butterfly mansion, and though not many had been very pleasant. There were others you encounters with a few individuals who were... Modern AU. The Hashira and Kamaboko squad are all students (apart from Gyomei who is their friend outside of School.) Giyuu doesn't do well at school, he has long term hypothermia from when he got lost on a mountain in a snowstorm as a kid and left unconscious for weeks, almost freezing to death. If it weren't for Urokadaki, he would have died. But now the consequences get worse. Shinobu bugs Giyuu as she discovered this quickly. Giyuu Tomioka's Birthday - Sanegiyuu/Giyuusane
This is a sanegiyuu story (if it wasn't obvious) (There's also some Obamitsu) It is a week from Tomioka's birthday and Tengen, being the way he is, has to throw a huge party, as he does for all of the other hashira. Though not everyone is particularly stoked about this, Tengen is trying to make it an awesome party, to distract from the fact that it was Tomioka's party. Each hashira was given a job to help organize the party. Tengen didn't really care which job he assigned to who, but there was one specific job that he would just have to give to Sanemi. To get him to leave is home. (So they could set up for the party, of course) Nothing 18+, but there is some heavy making out so beware!! There's also alcohol, so that too.
