She finds herself living with her estranged mother in a quiet and unfamiliar seaside town. June struggles to come to terms with her mental illness and the effects it has in her life. She knows that healing isn't linear, it takes work; dedication. In wake of her condition, the last thing on her mind is a romantic relationship. Battling with his grief and haunted by the condition that plagued his late parent, he had no where left to turn. That is, until he met June. She is impulsive and unpredictable, and he's rough around the edges. Amongst the turbulence in their lives they find refuge in each other. However, some wounds need more than simply time to heal.
