The golden age of heroism is over, replaced by a world that sees them as nothing more than government employees.

Yet, not everyone is content with this peace.

In the shadows, dangerous movements stir. Cults devoted to the League of Villains and the Paranormal Liberation Front conspire to restore an era where power ruled above all. The long-feared Quirk Singularity Theory is becoming reality-new generations are developing quirks so unstable and devastating that society itself is struggling to keep control.

Desperate to reclaim their lost glory, former heroes align with extremists, vigilantes rise from the cracks, and the line between justice and ambition blurs.
