Thoughts... Sometimes they're nice. They can bring comfort and help. But sometimes, they're darker than that. Sometimes your own thoughts are hurtful to yourself, and that's what really hurts. When you can't even trust your own mind. But don't let the thoughts consume you. Sometimes you need to sit down in a nice, quiet area... And talk. Unwind, let it all out. Sometimes you might feel like you're talking too much, wasting too much time. But that's not true, every last second of your thoughts matter. And sometimes you just need to let it all out, whether you're talking to someone or yourself. You just need to let the negative thoughts flood out and have a shoulder to cry on. Whether it's your own, or hers.
