Sixteen-year-old Adalyn and her ten-year-old brother Nate have spent the last year on the run, evading the End Timers - a violent cult determined to cleanse what's left of the world. Survival means constant movement, but when the siblings find shelter in an abandoned high school, they encounter a small group of survivors offering protection and the fragile promise of safety.
Among them is Darian, a boy whose guarded kindness challenges the loneliness Adalyn has grown used to. But the End Timers are never far behind, and the school's crumbling walls may not hold them back for long.
When an old cross necklace resurfaces, it becomes a haunting reminder of the world they lost - and the choices that still lie ahead. As threats close in, Adalyn must decide how far she's willing to go to protect the only family she has left.

December A young little boy named Nathan, now almost all alone and freezing in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the vast Gâtinais forest of the 17th century. No, because if he has to do it, he will. However, for him, this hardship will only get harder and harder through his unraveling sickness. Forcing him, for the first time, to leave their farm for the unknown of Paris, searching for a cure which is unbeknownst to him, it'll not only save him, but his Scythian brother in the process... Explanations: This story has two purposes: to create a following that will continue to crave or even simply like what I make from now on, and to find an artist to make PeaceMerging a reality by showing a part of its universe and showcasing my writing as a whole. THE RISKS
"You can't tell me there isn't something here worth risking everything for." [New Adult Apocalyptic Romance] Summary: There are some things that you can't outrun. That becomes all the more obvious when the world is ending, when there's nothing left but the feral creatures that were once people, consumed now by a virus that's made them cannibalistic and ravenous. It might just be easier to end it all, but Claire still has one last thing to fight for. Her younger sister. And she intends to keep her safe, no matter the cost. So, with no other options and her sister in tow, Claire ventures out into the dangers of this new, unforgiving world in search of safety, security, and answers to some long burning questions. The first two things -along with some new, unexpected questions- she finds in an unlikely place: a stranger who she's become indebted to. By 2057, Earth will be a shadow of its former self. Decades of unbridled consumption and climate negligence have left the earth almost desolate. Water, oil, and lush land are relics of the past, valued more than money. All nations have collapsed under the weight of famine, disease, and internal upheaval, leaving only two superpowers: the United States and Russia. They were once reluctant allies but now find themselves embroiled in a deadly, global fight for the planet's few remaining resources. While the population fights to survive in enormous urban wastelands, both regimes use advanced technologies and covert tactics in a desperate push for absolute dominion. During the pandemonium, 17-year-old Caleb Morrow, a scrappy survivor from the ruins of Canada, is conscripted into the US military. Meanwhile, on the other side, Elena Morozova, an 18-year-old Russian conscript hailing from the ruins of Norway, ascends the ranks in the Russian military. As this conflict between the 2 last countries left spirals out of control, the past suddenly begins to rise from the ashes leaving questions to arise in the thoughts of many soldiers on both sides including Caleb and Elena that, if answered, reveals a dark and unsettling truth.
