-Tuesdays are always a mess, but today felt different. I found a quiet corner at a café, ready to relax with my matcha. Everything was peaceful-until some guy decided to disturb my moment. Just as things were about to get awkward, someone unexpected stepped in. He wasn't like the others, and for some reason, I couldn't quite shake the feeling that this wasn't the last time our paths would cross. But with my phone buzzing and the clock ticking, I had no choice but to run back to reality. Still, I couldn't help but wonder... maybe there was more to this day than I thought.-

And then, there's another kiss to pair. Although it isn't a simple peck this time. It's an actual kiss now, slow and softly pressed onto my neck. Beatrix thought she'd never trust another guy again. After being burned, both physically and emotionally by her ex-boyfriend Rudy in her senior year of high school, Beatrix's trust in people is low. That is, until she transfers to the esteemed, private Highland University. It's a fresh start to give the girl what she wants most: A shot at normalcy. The plan is simple .. just keep her head down, study her ass off, try to become a functional person once again and hopefully make one friend or two. Everything was supposed to start over that year.
