Struggle was no myth when it came to harvesting time, and even with the other responsibilities AJ had at hand she still couldn't manage to profit enough bits to ensure the protection of her little sister's future. Until a princess from the north, named Twilight comes into contact with her one fateful day. Giving her the idea to join the royal guard and achieve the great salary that they had to offer when other's completed conquests successfully. With time she gave into the idea and obliged, but little did she know she'd be reconnected with an old presence she tended not to get along with so well. Even after understanding that she had to partner up with this high-class snob, she still couldn't process what her deal was. She figured that maybe there was more to the story than it seemed.

(This story is told through humanized FIM and somewhat EQ au set back in medieval times, where it can differ from several points of view throughout the story. Though, it mostly will probably be in AJ's pov)
