Love at High Tide

Bo is a surfer who is drawn to a mysterious male 'diver' he glimpses while saving his friend. Unfortunately, months go by without a second encounter. Until, he sees the 'diver' on a rocky outcrop that extends into the ocean waters. He approaches, but the diver flees into the water.

It's not until that same 'diver' saves his life that he finds there is much more to his savior. Like a tail!
