As their daughters reach their fifteenth year they inform their fathers they wish to train as Rangers. Princess Cassandra and Sir Horace also have a child, Mitchell. They decide to send him to the Battleschool at Redmont. Despite being the future ruler, Horace wishes for him to train to be a Knight as well. Follow the new Ranger apprentices and Mitchell as they build a friendship, get into mischief and all try to claw their way out from beneath the mantle of their famous parents in order to prove their own worth. ****This is a fanfiction based on The Ranger's Apprentice series. We realize that the 12th book has been released and that storyline differs quite a lot from what we've written, but we actually wrote this a long time ago well before 12 came out, just never put it to paper before now. ****Complete
