Astrid Delacroix's entire life has always been arranged and dictated by her brothers. Whatever they say, she follows. She tries her best to be the good, sweet, and obedient sister they always expected her to be.

That is until she meets a enigmatic man named Atreus Evans. Everything began to change for Astrid as she slowly gets to know Atreus. Sweet and gentle Astrid managed to charm the brooding man who hides secrets of his own.
And as Astrid and Atreus got even more closer, for the first time in her life, Astrid wanted to put herself and her happiness first, no longer caring about her strict, overprotective brothers.

I was dealing with a lot at the time so I came up with this book idea, where both main characters have dramatized aspects of myself in them, as a way to make myself feel lovable, so writing this now is a nostalgic and creative way of looking back, processing, and letting go of the emotions I was going through as an adolescent.
