Astraea Valeheart was supposed to be a Hufflepuff or even a Ravenclaw. The quiet, "good girl" who never caused trouble, who always put others first. But life has a funny way of pushing us into the places we're least prepared for. When the Sorting Hat chooses Slytherin for her, she's lost-frightened, even. She doesn't fit in with the cunning, ambitious snakes who seem to thrive on power. Not even Draco Malfoy, the untouchable heir, is fazed by her sudden appearance. "You don't belong here," he sneers, but his words only send a tremor through her resolve. Astraea's life hasn't exactly been a walk in the sunshine. Growing up in an adoption center, she learned early that love was conditional-given only when she was useful. She spent her childhood being a shadow of someone else's expectations. But Hogwarts... it's different. Or so she hopes. "It isn't about hurting others, Astraea," Draco says, his voice dripping with disdain, "It's about breaking those rules that hurt us." In a house full of serpents, Astraea must find the courage to break free from the chains she's been wearing her entire life-or be consumed by them. But maybe, just maybe, Draco Malfoy isn't the worst person to help her uncover the power she's been hiding all along. The stars don't shine in the light. They burn brightest in the dark. 💚✨

Aurelia never asked for a legacy... not the name, not the bloodline, and definitely not the secrets that came with it. When her she decided to transfer to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from Beauxbatons Academy, it wasn't a dream come true. It was a complication. It feels like a shift, like something her mother hoped to delay. But still, she boards the train-half-curious, half-dreading the truth she'll find between stone corridors, whispered spells, and eyes that seem to already know her. She's not a hero. She's not a villain. She's something in between-and magic doesn't forget people like her. At Hogwarts, Aurelia must navigate cryptic professors, ancient family ties, and a boy with sharp eyes and sharper words. As tensions rise and shadows gather, Aurelia begins to wonder: Was she brought to Hogwarts by fate... or by force? "You think this is funny? You think you're better than me?" "I don't think I'm better than you, Malfoy. I just have enough self-respect not to cry 'daddy' every time I embarrass myself." "You don't know a thing about my father-" "And yet he's in every sentence you say. Are you sure you're Draco or just his overly dramatic echo?" In a world where names hold power and pasts refuse to stay buried, Aurelia must decide who she is-before someone else decides for her.
