Ningning and Giselle are known by fans as the "playful duo," always teasing each other, whispering during interviews, holding hands a little too long on stage. Fans eat it up as fanservice. But what nobody knows is it stopped being fake a long time ago. Backstage, it was always different. It's stolen glances in mirrors while stylists buzz around them. Its fingers brushed in the dark before going on stage.

It's Giselle pulling Ningning into empty practice rooms "just to talk," but neither of them ever really talks. At first, Giselle treats it like a joke , leaning into the flirting a little too well because it's fun and safe. Ningning laughs it off, too , just friends jokingly flirting , right ? , until she realizes her heart isn't playing along.Then night, after a rather difficult performance, everything changes for good.
