Enter Lapis Mars, a young woman who navigates her daily life as a part-time worker in a quaint video store called Random Play on Sixth Street while leading a double life as the vigilante Hollow Raider known as Ishtar, partnered with the Lelendary Proxy Phaethon. As Ishtar, she faces many threats in the Hollows with various allies, both old and new, while simultaneously forming new connections.
