On one particularly humid summer night, Zeph Sweetwaters and her new "friends" decide to go for a night walk in the woods. Zeph is elated to be hanging out with new "friends", but they did not have nearly the same intentions. After being drugged and passing out in the boys car, Zeph wakes up in a state of deep confusion. An older teen boy with fluffy hair, the color of dark chocolate, eyes as blue as a cloudless bright sky, a kind smile, and a calming aura tells her that she is safe. He also tells her that those boys would never bother her again, because well, he killed them. Not alone, but with the help of his friend group. Together, they did what most people wanted to do, but were much too scared of to attempt. Killing those evil people, rapists, pedophiles, and other criminals who held no remorse for their actions.
