In a distant universe, lightyears away from Kad'os, a young Kardonian by the name of Mirra has found refuge on the planet earth. Living on the water planet with her family and community of fellow Kardonians, they struggle to adapt to human culture. Things couldn't be better, but then tragedy strikes as the queen is assassinated and the crown prince is placed into hideing on earth!

Its up to Mirra's community of kardonians to keep the only prince safe, but did echo get in too deep with her feelings? As she grows older and into her gifts, she distances herself from the prince by smothering her feelings and taking a seven year leave at a top-secret Government training base.
