she was locked away from the world all her life. no phones, no internet, no friends, not even movies. her world used to be full of books, bible readings, and classical music. until she stumbled into a completely different one, where she met the frontman of a rising metalcore band, who was the opposite of everything she was, and everything she knew. it all started out as a mutual symbiosis. she needs to survive in the city, and he, well, he has his own issues that need to be dealt. *note* this is purely just for fun and not meant to be taken too seriously! the story takes place right before bad omens releases the death of peace of mind but there will be some adjustments to the timeline if needed. not everything will be accurate to reality. this is a work of fiction. xx

(COMPLETED) Raphaella Arcega never meant for anyone to see him the way she did -- quiet, distant, lost in his own world as he waited at the airport gate. She was just passing time with a sketch, the way she always did, tracing the outlines of strangers who would never know they'd been captured in ink. But this time was different. Because the man in her drawing wasn't just anyone -- he was Joakim "Jolly" Karlsson, guitarist of Bad Omens. What started as a simple sketch turned into a ripple across the internet, and soon, a message she never expected arrived in her inbox. One conversation led to another -- soft, careful, hesitant. Like guitar feedback humming in the background, their words lingered long after they were sent. Somewhere between lines on paper and strings of music, between sketches and late-night messages, two worlds began to weave quietly together. And maybe, just maybe, the noise between them was never noise at all. It was harmony waiting to be heard.
