Andy is 17, he hasn't seen his family ever since he was taken from his home when he was very young. He is imprisioned in a place where all he does is revisit his childhood memories and count the passing of time. Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. Kathleen had been imprisoned for years. She had no idea who they were or why she was there. Every day for years it had been the same thing. No talking or communicating with her captors after the first year she no longer tried. Getting beaten for making any noise at all. They didn't even speak within hearing distance of her. She was given a book and daily exercise but hadn't seen the sun or outside since she was put in her cell. Until that day when it all changed. Aliens existed and she was going somewhere with them, not sure as to where but at least she was out of her cell. She would not go back in one no matter how nice her new 'cage' seemed. Thinking of continuing this as another story with other humans and aliens. Like after Kathleen's abduction.
