A poetic journey through growing up in the shadow of silence. These poems explore the quiet turbulence of coming of age-navigating mental health, fractured family ties, self-discovery, and healing. It's about the things we inherit, the things we bury, and the courage it takes to dig them back up.
Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

The Weight We Carry
Every heart holds a story, and every story leaves a weight behind. The Weight We Carry is a living collection - written in real time, in the middle of survival, burnout, healing, and trying again anyway. These poems come from the spaces between responsibilities: grocery aisles, late nights, applications, shifts, side hustles, and the quiet moments when everything finally catches up. This collection explores the ache of memory, the exhaustion of caring too much, the frustration of broken systems, and the complicated reality of choosing to help when it costs you something. There is grief here, and anger, and dark humor. There is healing, but it is not linear. Hope shows up when it can, but it doesn't pretend to fix everything. Through raw, unfiltered verses, The Weight We Carry holds space for the people who keep going without applause - the helpers, the burned out, the ones trying to build something better while still carrying their own survival on their backs. These poems are for anyone who has felt the weight of the world press down and kept moving anyway. Not because it was easy. But because stopping was never really an option.
Cancer's Grip Family's Fracture
This collection of poetry offers an intimate exploration of the journey of a young woman confronting spine cancer. Through each poem, I reveal the deep emotional core of pain, perseverance, and the delicate relationships within family and friends, weathering the storms of illness. These verses document the challenges of a diagnosis. Each poem captures the raw pain, honesty, resilience, and fragile bonds of a family strained by broken bridges. Through my verses, I navigate the hidden corners of Cancer diagnosis, the hardships with family, friends, and my adventure to regain my strength. This book invites readers into the fragile, yet powerful moments of survival, shedding light on the complexities of living through life's hardest battles.
