Book Two in the Ray Volta Hunger Games Series
Two years after surviving the 72nd Hunger Games, Ray Volta is no longer a tribute-she's a victor. A mentor. And a symbol the Capitol hasn't figured out how to silence.
When she's assigned to guide Calder, District 5's clever and quiet tribute in the 74th Games, Ray knows what she's sending her into. She's already buried too many names. She doesn't want to lose another.
But in the Capitol, survival is never just about strategy-it's about story. And when Katniss Everdeen defies the rules and the Capitol flinches, Ray starts to see something she hasn't in years: possibility.
As allies form in whispers and rebellion flickers through secret channels, Ray is pulled into something far bigger than a single Arena. The Games might be ending-but a different kind of war is about to begin.
This time, she won't just watch it happen.

.The Trackjacker & The Mockingjay (Katniss Everdeen X F.OC).
In a Panem that followed a history different from what we know. In such a world, tributes are pulled from the same pool, and so in addition to being reaped, sometimes you just know you don't have a chance; two boys from District 2 would plow through the rest, and all you can do is cry. ---------------------------------------------------------- She lived in 12 for generations of her family, but not in the filth, nor was she in a family of victors. No. She was the child of peacekeepers; she was trained to fight, in special schools for them, and even her name was only once in the reaping bowl as she grew, no matter what she did. People like her would be 12's future peacekeepers, raised and trained on site for generations of their families to be sure they know all there is to know about the district they'll keep in check. ---------------------------------------------------------- She grew up in 12, in the poorest part of 12. She'd hunt for her family with her friend and would exchange some wild game with the on-and-off boyfriend she had, son of the baker, or her best friend. Her life was hard. And so she watched with envy those kids who got fed for nothing, taught to handle themselves so that in the future they could control them. ------------------------------------------------------- How will life turn out if two of these people get to meet under different lights, in the 74th arena of the Hunger Games? ----------------------------------------------------------- Other Hunger Games books: Forest Fire (Johanna Mason X F.OC) - Completed Shake Plushy (Enobaria X F.OC) - Completed Stone & Lumber (Johanna Mason X F.OC) - Completed Splinter (??? What comes after? - a hunger games story
Survival isn't the hardest part of the Hunger Games. It's what comes after. Ray Volta never planned to be a tribute. But when her name is called for the 72nd Hunger Games, she doesn't just have to fight for her life-she has to fight for Keenen, the boy who never should have been reaped. Thrown into an arena of jagged cliffs, deadly traps, and merciless tributes, Ray quickly learns that survival isn't just about strength-it's about choices. About who to trust, who to fight, and who to protect. Lark, the axe-wielding tribute from District 7, is dangerous in more ways than one. She's ruthless. She's quick. She's unpredictable. And worst of all-Ray wants to trust her. But in a game where only one can live, is trust just another weakness? As the Games drag on, the Capitol's mutts aren't the only monsters lurking in the mountains. The Gamemakers are watching, the Careers are hunting, and something in the arena is changing. Ray was prepared to kill. But what if survival means becoming something worse? And if she makes it out-what comes after?Concluida

Before Katniss Everdeen, there was Auriella Black the girl from District 12 no one saw coming. Crowned victor, Auriella becomes a Capitol darling by day, and a symbol of quiet resistance by night. But the Games didn't end when the cannon fired. As whispers of rebellion ignite across Panem, the Capitol watches her too closely... and the districts look to her for hope. She didn't ask to be a hero.
