As kids, Johnny and Dave were best friends; however, after a traumatizing event, Dave is out to get his revenge against Johnny and will stop at nothing to get his way. Along with the help of his super powered friends, he sets out to destroy the world of his former top pal.

     This is an action story, but it spends a lot of the time setting up characters and exploring dynamics leading up to the climactic conclusion. It does take a few chapters to get to the action, but I think the destination makes the journey worth it.

     This is my only action story, so please comment and tell me how I did and how I could improve for future stories or a possible rewrite or, a more likely, sequel. Thanks so much.

With a first installment of 20 chapters, then 5 chapters a week until we get through it. I need beta readers and editors desperately. While this is up on Wattpad I will be working on major revisions and edits. I would like comments on my characters, plots, settings, scenes, grammar, spelling, ect. I expect and want people to rip this apart by the seams and tell me the good, the bad, and the nasty. I will not delete or block a bad review or critique unless it is outright hate and judgmental that just does not need to be around. I really hope you like this as it took me 17 months to write it to completion, and I know it will take many more before it is ready to publish. It originally started as a NaNoWriMo novel, (It may seem like I cheated but I did write 50k in a month). It is currently at around 113,000 words. I hope you like it! I have restarted this book. I wanted to make it easier to read and more enjoyable. I hope to make shorter chapters and update frequently. :) In the beginning Sylar has no name. No one cares. She's just another kid to fall into a system because she was an unwanted mess. A child that doesn't talk? Yea, no one care about that either. A shady group home filled with bullies and secrets? Yea, you guessed NO ONE CARES! To find friends in a place like this is unlikely. This place is built to feed off the fears of kids and their lack of parental role models. No one holds on to dreams for long in a place like this. You get placed here and you are as good as forgotten. Except when a couple shows up looking as out of place as an astronaut in a gold mine or a miner in space whichever one you prefer. This couple comes and shakes things up. Good or Bad has yet to be decided...only someone's bound to get hurt, someone's bound to be broken. The only question is will the wounds heal or fester and kill?
