Everyone knows that yokohama is seperated from whole Japan. Most heros heard myths about yokohama, but know they want to know more about the mysteryosis city. Dazai and Chuuya got the mission to gather infomation to prevent the heros from bekomming a threat. That's why Mori told them to go to UA.

It was the only city in the world that Quirks did not appear in, due to a barrier protecting the city. | | | | (A lot of things will be changed, you will understand more as you read. But I will give a brief summary of changes: -The abuse Akutagawa went through with Dazai was minor and resembled actual training. HE WAS A GOOD MENTOR in other words. -Mori isn't Pedoph!l!c in this and he actually treated the kids in the PM as if they were his kids.
