This was a flash fiction piece that I did in my Creative writing class. Its not that great but I enjoyed writing it. 

For those who don't know a kitsune is the Japanese fox spirit. The fox is common in Japanese folklore. They have been thought to serve as messengers for Inari. They are also thought to have many supernatural powers. It is said that the more tails a kitsune has the older, wiser and more powerful it is. Kitsune are very often known for shape-shifting quite often into women. These woman would go off and marry men and were often very good wives.
