Best friends Lila and Morgan are obsessed with urban legends, but none fascinate them more than the infamous Slender Man myth. Growing up in Waukesha, Wisconsin-the town where the real-life Slender Man stabbing shocked the world-they've always been drawn to the eerie folklore surrounding the case. One summer night, they decide to play a prank, recreating Slender: The Eight Pages in a wooded park, scattering cryptic notes to scare local kids.
But as they make their way through the dark, something feels... off. A page appears that neither of them placed-one that wasn't part of their game. As they try to laugh it off, their prank takes a terrifying turn. Something-or someone-is watching them. And the deeper they go, the more they realize this isn't just a game anymore.
Because if there are eight pages in the legend... then what does the ninth page mean?
