But everything changed drastically when she started seeing things... or rather, someone. Not just fleeting glimpses, but a presence that lingered-every time she turned, every time she looked up, there she was. A woman, always just at the edge of her vision. Madeline couldn't place it, but something gnawed at her, a feeling that she'd seen this woman before. Her boyfriend brushed it off, dismissing her fears as nothing more than paranoia. But as Madeline dug deeper, seeking answers, her world began to unravel. The more she uncovered, the more fragile her life became, slipping through her fingers like sand. Still, there was no turning back-not now, not after what she had discovered. The truth was closer than she realized... and far more dangerous.
