Schools out for summer! It's July 2004 and a group of friends arrive at Lake Seraphic, expecting a weekend of parties, late-night swims, and freedom. And the silence hanging over the lake is anything but normal.

What starts as a minor mystery quickly unravels into a nightmare. A waterborne disease is spreading, turning those who are bitten into mindless, violent creatures with only one instinct: to kill. The group must fight to survive as the world they knew crumbles around them.

Some will make it. Some won't. But one thing is certain-this weekend will be nothing like they planned.
