An oath is an oath. Blood is blood. A scream is a scream and fate is fate but between one thing and its opposite, there's only one step. Sometimes, a nightmare can become a dream. Blood can turn into water as much as hate can turn into something purer than love.
Orage didn't know such things were possible. Once, those very words would have made her snort and laugh, even through the pain in her ribs but as life goes on, things change. Humans do too and she isn't the exception to that rule. On the contrary. The past, the future and life will teach her a lesson or at least, the man she built and named will.
Born with what her kind calls an "abnormality", she is either a joke of a woman or the devil's child to them, maybe both.
They all talk about the devil not knowing that the evil force they try so hard to avoid is in fact closer than they believe, breathing from lungs that are not hers, wearing another skin than her own.
