Sarah is a normal girl who lives in London. She loves to hang out by the Sweet Shop and watch the fudge be made. Yum! 
One day Sarah returns home late from school and gets into trouble with her mother, so she leaves 
Sarah at home to cope for herself. Since her mother didn't come home Sarah went to the sweet shop and was welcomed into the Smith's home. There she settles in with them and learns to make fudge and help sell the sweets. But when Sarah's mother comes back Sarah must choose where she really belongs!
