colter farrock thought he was free after he had won the games. he was a victor now, free to work on the ranch that he had gained after winning his game. he mentored, sure, but most of his days were filled with the wide stretch of land and sitting on a horse.

but things were different when the third quarter quell came around. he knew it would be, could feel it in his bones.

but he hadn't expected that. he didn't expect to be in that arena again.
