Bride of the Sea (Lesbian Story)
6 parts Ongoing "You know my voice calls for you, won't you join me down below?"
A song has plagued Katherine's dreams for as long as she could remember. Each night, a voice calls for her from the shore, beckoning her to submerge beneath the waves. Katherine knows the creatures that swim in the waters next to her home, she knows to keep away from the beach that many tourists disappear from, she knows to keep herself out of the water so that she was not at risk of drowning and having her flesh torn from her bones. And yet the voice still calls, and she can't help but listen; how could she ignore such a sweet melody, especially when the one who sings refers to her as her wife?
After an accident in her past, Katherine has felt uniquely connected to the water. The sea feels like home, and she is not scared of what lies within. Given her inability to stay away from the treacherous shoreline, it was only a matter of time before she encountered the mermaid, Reyna, who calls for her each night. The dangerous creature claims that this is not their first meeting and that they have been married for years, despite Katherine being sure that she has never met her before. What did being married to a mermaid entail anyway? And why was Reyna determined to pull her under despite assurances that she would not drown?
Intent on discovering the mystery surrounding her apparent bride, Katherine is swept into the dark and deceptively beautiful world of the Mer where one must keep their feet, lest they be carried away by the tide...
