In the year 2799, 11 billion people populated the earth leaving most of the planet in slums. power hungry leaders make a split second decision to murder 8 billion of these people by using a new drug. Except like most untested drugs, it had side effects, especially for pregnant women and their children. Incredible powers were given to their children, but unfortunately any of the parents given the drug directly died soon after, creating another problem. The humans grew fearful of the new generation of gifted children and decided to spit the population in half, any of the 'broken' must live on one side of the planet and the humans get the other half. Everything was good for a while, trade happened between the two races and people were even allowed to visit each other. But war soon broke out killing even more people. The year is now 2852, the opposing races aren't permitted to trade anymore, let alone see each other. But news of a child born to unite them both raises new hope; except there is only one problem: she is Broken.

At one point in time, vampires lived in covens, werewolves in packs and witches with families, and not once, EVER, did in breeding dare happen within these super naturals for the balance could very well shift. What if I told you, that was no longer the case, that inbreeding had happened once, and therefore, the super natural world now had a King and Queen to overrule it, when it never had happened in all the ages. What we knew in our world doesn't apply to this new world that we have now entered. There are four super natural species, demons now have come into the picture, and they can possess other super naturals; something no one ever knew of. And now it's up to Grayson and Fire, the new and appointed King and Queen to protect the world of vampires, wolves and witches; along, of course, with a set of twins, Prince Rayne and Princess Rosemina, heirs to the throne. But what was a simple prophecy to protect their new world, is slowly showcasing there is so much more that wasn't known; after all, for every one side of a coin, there is another. And that bit of information is something no one dared to think of. It's up to this new King and Queen to protect, to fight, to lead, and NOT to fall into the hands of those who would destroy them. Thousands of centuries ago humans, vampires, and werewolves lived together in harmony, considering one equal to the other. Ruled by a council of three kings, with one from each fullblood race, peace endured for quite some time. All of it was destroyed when many years later the new vampire and werewolf kings both wanted to rule over the kingdom alone. A massive war broke out between the vampires and the werewolves and millions of lives were lost. In a last attempt to stop the war one hundred years later, the land was divided into three kingdoms, the vampires, humans and werewolves. The borders were shut, crossbreeding was forbidden since it created halfbloods and demons and each kingdom was led by the king of their respective race. In secret, however, it was decided that the human king would watch over them all to prevent another war from ever happening again. Since the human kingdom laid inbetween the other two, the humans invented technology to keep all the races at bay and trained the warriors of their army as skilled hunters. As time and generations went by, the kingdoms became more isolated and the common humans forgot that supernatural beings even existed. However, the war had never truly been resolved so the hatred that the vampires and werewolves had for each other endured. When a mysterious murder occurs, chaos breaks out within the kingdoms. A throne must be taken, blood must be shed, a choice must be made and all must be answered by a girl with purple eyes.
