1967, during the Cultural Revolution in China, Zhaofei witnessed her parents get beaten to death on stage. Feeling helpless, she takes a walk to her uncle's restaurant. The same fate also happens when her uncle was found by Red Guards and is also killed on the spot for selling reactionary culinary. She got out of the place and escaped to a forest, where an encounter with a lorry driver changed her life as she discovers what the government is secretly doing.
As she uncovers dark secrets and bloodlust monsters, she decides to live her life as a Demon Hunter, all while discovering love with her partner that she never thought she'd have.
This is a short story written by me due to boredom. The chapter updates won't be consistent, however.
