While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
