I hate her. Or at least, I tell myself I do. Sasha Berkoff is reckless.Unafraid to challenge everything I stand for. She's the only person who has ever looked me in the eye and laughed at my authority. Mocked me. Treated me like I wasn't someone to be feared. She doesn't understand this world-the one I was forced to survive in. The one that shaped me into what I am. And that infuriates me. Because she's free. She doesn't have blood on her hands. Doesn't wake up with nightmares clawing at her throat. She walks through life like the war hasn't already decided all our fates. I hate that about her. But I hate it more when she isn't there. I hate that her voice is the one thing that cuts through the silence. I hate that her presence makes the weight on my shoulders feel lighter. I hate that no matter how much I try to push her away-she doesn't flinch. I hate that I want to protect her. Because if I care about her, she's in danger. And if I let myself fall, I won't be able to stop. And I can't afford that. So I tell myself I hate her. Even when my hands itch to pull her closer. Even when her name is the only thing that feels right in my mouth. Even when I know-deep down-I am already hers. Written by Tim & Bridget<33

They say the world doesn't revolve around anyone. But for her, it did. Every action, every word, every breath she took sent ripples through the lives of those around her. A single misstep-no matter how small-left scars so deep they infected everything they touched. They never asked what she wanted. They didn't care. To them, she was power. A weapon. A curse and a blessing wrapped in silk and steel. A pawn in a war she never asked to fight. But they made a mistake. They pushed her too far. Because when a person loses everything-when they're stripped bare, when their mind frays at the edges, when the last tether holding them to sanity snaps-what's left isn't human. It's something else. Something terrifying. And now, the world will learn that the most dangerous thing isn't power. It's a woman who's done being controlled. . . . Lesson 1 - Being underestimated isn't a weakness. It's the sharpest weapon in your arsenal. Lesson 2 - Love is neither strength nor weakness. It's a chain-whether it binds or breaks you depends on who's holding the other end. Lesson 3 - Revenge isn't something you forgive. It isn't something you forget. It's something that lingers, festers, and demands to be fed. Lesson 4 - Fear isn't taught. It's carved into us from birth. The world just keeps digging deeper. Lesson 5 - No one loses their mind without reason. Madness is not born-it's made. And there's always a trigger.
