Welcome to Gardenview Education Center and Museum! Most of the lights are off and the toons are back in their rooms, resting from a hard day of gathering tapes and working on extraction machines. Yet for one purple music box toon the night shift has just barely begun. This story is a Dandy's World AU. The character's personalities and physical appearances can and will differ from their canon counterparts. Just be sure not to get too attached to these toons. Hello! I am sprinklutzzz, and you are currently reading my fanfiction on the Roblox game, Dandy's World. This is a description on what this fanfiction is about and a list of things to note as you read. So, let's dive in! Loose Strings, previously called The Ichor Operation (28/4/2025 - 23/10/2025), is similar to what Dandy's World is about: Toons are trapped in the Gardenview Education Center and Museum, which has closed on June 29th, 2002 due to allegations, lack of safety regulations, and a malfunction occuring. Now, they must survive with what they have, while doing machines to keep themselves alive. (This is why I think machines are done. Yes, I changed it.) Be careful though, don't touch the mysterious black substance called Ichor, or it'll turn you Twisted & thirsty for more. You wouldn't want to hurt your friends, right?... (So much... cringe..... *SOB* ｡°(°¯᷄◠¯᷅°)°｡) Things to note: " " = Someone is talking. ' " = Someone is thinking & saying something at the same time. ' ' = Someone is thinking. " ' ' " = Something is quoted. ' " " ' = Someone is signing something. I started writing this fanfiction on April 28th, 2025 on Grammarly. I try to keep a high readability score, around 75 - 85, but there are some mistakes! Let me know if you see any! I've also used words to replace the word "said" from a website since I get sick of using "said" a lot! The Gardenview center was a grand museum, and home to the Toons that were created there. Sprout is one of these Toons that call Gardenview home, and though this life has been kind to him, he finds it a bit. . . 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦, to say the least. He was certain that was all about to change, though, when a new toon is announced to be released. Even though he had friends, Sprout longed for a close relationship with another toon. Kind of like how Astro had Dandy, and Shelly had Tisha. But at the same time. . . Maybe he wanted even more than just a '𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥' relationship? However, when Sprout is given the run down about the new toon, he is hopeful he won't have to wish for a best friend because once he met the new toon, he'd have one. And, he was correct. Once the new toon and Sprout met, he felt an instant connection. He was overwhelmed with this new feeling, but loved it immediately. And for a while, everything was great. Wonderful, amazing, even. The 'Toons', also known as the Center's greatest attraction were cute and friendly cartoony characters that were there to entertain and bring joy to the children who visited the Center. Unfortunately, the GardenView Center shut down in 2002, due to lack of safety allegations. And since the place shut down, GardenView has changed for the worst. Dandy, the Star of the Show, has done something horrible to his fellow Toons. He has infected all of them with a black substance called Ichor. Ichor, however, was highly toxic for humans, but not for Toons. Toons had Ichor already in their systems, but an overdose of the substance would cause them to transform into ferocious beasts, always looking for Toons to kill. One by one, each of the beloved characters went missing, each of them last being seen going under the Center, never to be seen again.. Your loneliness has finally gotten up to you, and you can no longer handle it. And so you, the newest member of the GardenView Crew, has decided to go under the center, in search of your missing friends. But little did you know, there's tons of dark secrets and an untold truth, of the GardenView Center. Will you make it out alive on this treacherous adventure? (All of these Characters are not mine. What would they do to satisfy their hunger? How long will it be until they go insane? For these competitors, they'll do anything to win, even if it means eating their friends. Four has always loved the idea of revival but never got the hang of it. Despite this, the integer, along with their pal X, starts a game show with 64 competitors taking part. All is well until a problem occurs. The objects start to complain about their hunger, which has never been a problem for algebraliens like Four. And so, these objects are stranded in an unfamiliar land, one without food, one without family, one without rules. In this land of zero contact, objects begin to starve, objects begin to go insane. Maybe it is up to a brave few objects to try to take control and limit the deaths and cannibalism. However, will they use their power for good? Or will they abuse it to the point of no return? And as for those other objects... They're hungry. And they'll do anything it takes to survive. His mother, Delilah Keen, is the strict queen of this world. Due to the increase in crime and mortality rate, Delilah host a tournament for the townsfolks to see who is fit to be royal knights. Sprout Seedly, your average commoner, joins the competition for money to help his best friend, Cosmo, but when he's qualified for a knight, things change fast. Delilah orders Sprout as Astro's personal guard, in which Astro takes as offense, since he believes he can live without protection, and refuses to be guarded like some gem. Though, as time goes on, he grows found of the knight as he helps him through a lot of different challenges.
