Twin sisters laurel and kristen mercer were seperated from their mother and from each other at birth. Laurel has it bad living in a beat up town full of loss and wanting while living in foster care with a drug addict as a mom and a pervert foster brother who is always trying to get in her pants, While her twin sister Kristin is living in a big sunny house with a rich family with no memories of ever having to want anything, she had everything already. One day Kristin gets curious and starts searching for her birth mom, and finds something she never expected. She had a identical twin sister. She didnt know where to start but eventually kristin comes in contact her sister over skype and the two of them hit it off.
