Longing for a glimmer of acceptance, he seeks and pushes his limits to exceed the required quota, leading him to enter unregistered areas and become trapped by his own actions.
Well, at least he's not alone, and probably won't be for a long, long time. Maybe that partner is the only one he's going to care about, even if he gets his freedom.
