Set in an alternate version of the near future, two cities stand together completely independent of each other. The first city that stands proud is named Irvania and is home to the wealthy, employed 'pigs' who also are in control of most of the government which rules the two cities. The second city that is much less developed and hardly provides homes for it's poor inhabitants, is named Juvia. Both of these cities are rivals towards each other and are always looking down upon the other, mostly Irvania. The people in Juvia are merely innocent slaves that wander the streets, in search of freedom. Some of them still have faith in their religions but the majority have given up in believing in false hope.

While these two insanely differing communities are almost crumbling to pieces with hatred, there are two young children inside this small world who seek equality and to change this world for the better. Their names are Fay and Malcolm. Fay belongs to a small community that goes by the name of Deli, located inside Juvia and lives with mostly her family and cousins. On the other side of the concrete wall is where Malcolm lives. For now, he is a foster child to Lianne Rose and lives in a three bedroom house with access to all the necessary resources for living. One day when the two meet, they share their own stories and find out that their whole life is going to remain in this filthy era that only continues to live on due to the hopes of some, if they don't do something about it.

Two remarkably divergent worlds; living side-by-side.
