My name is Delilah Sadler. I'm twenty-two. I was a music student.

Then the sky flickered-and everyone disappeared.

Now it's just me, the silence, and these pages. I don't know what I'm looking for. But I write it anyway.

Afterlight is a quiet apocalypse told in sketches and cursive, survival and silence.

Hi, I'm Jas ✨ I'm a writer who loves mystery, romance, and a touch of the supernatural. When I'm not writing, you'll probably find me sipping lavender tea, admiring spooky artwork, or walking in the park dreaming up my next story. 🌧️ Want to listen instead of read? I narrate my stories in a cozy audiobook style with rain sounds on my YouTube channel: 👉 Whispers by Jas - https://www.youtube.com/@WhispersbyJas 📖 New chapters of The Last Letter post every Tuesday & Thursday here on Wattpad (and on YouTube). Thank you for supporting my stories - it means the world! 💕 In the fog-soaked town of Ravenmoor, secrets linger longer than the mist. When seventeen-year-old Selene Carter stumbles across a stash of old letters hidden inside Blackwood Manor, she laughs off the warnings scribbled in faded ink. "Whoever reads this will fall in love... and die in thirty days." But when her classmate Adrian Vega accidentally opens one, he falls for Selene overnight-and his days are suddenly numbered. As the curse spreads and Ravenmoor's tragic history resurfaces, Selene and her best friend Naomi race to uncover the truth behind the letters' original writer: Evelyn Blackwood, a ghost who has been waiting a century for her revenge. With Adrian's life ticking away like ink bleeding across a page, Selene must decide how far she's willing to go for love-and whether breaking the curse will cost her everything. ✉️ Would you die for love... or die because of it? When the Stars Remembered

29 parts Complete

They say the stars used to sing. Not in words, but in pulses of light-glimmering songs that stitched the sky together like lullabies spun in gold. Each constellation was a memory, each flicker a feeling, each falling star a promise whispered across lifetimes. Back then, the night sky was alive. And so were the hearts that remembered it. But the stars are silent now. Their voices lost to the wind. Their names scattered across forgotten skies. Their light dimmed beneath centuries of silence. The world moved on. Kings fell. Empires crumbled. Lovers turned to dust. And the stars blinked out, one by one, until the heavens became nothing more than a quiet canvas-pretty, but empty. Or so they thought. In a lighthouse on the edge of the world, a girl watches the sea and feels something stir. She does not know why she wakes with stardust in her hair. She does not know why her dreams are made of fire and falling light. She does not know that she once burned brighter than the moons. Her name is Lyra. She has lived seventeen years in silence. But the stars have not forgotten her. One of them is already falling. A boy carved from light and memory. A soul who has searched through centuries to find her again. And when he lands, the sky will remember. And the stars will begin to sing.
